We accept most major credit cards and US Currency. Rates and policies are based on double occupancy.During holiday weekends, a two-night minimum stay is required.For booking multiple rooms, 50% is required at the time of your reservation. The day before you arrive, we will process the rest of your stay.For extended stays of 10 nights or more, guests are required to pay 50% down at the time of booking. The remaining will be charged the day before the stay.Full Blue Heron Property Rental includes 3 rooms and a full breakfast for each daily stay. Please call for more detail.Due to the time and personal care we take to prepare and to offer our guests the best service, cancellations are best to be avoided.RefundsWe require a 14 day in advance cancellation. A refund of your deposit less a $30 cancellation fee will be offered. All refunds will be processed 10 to 14 business days after cancellation has occurred.All cancellations received 13 days or less prior to the date of arrival will be charged the full balance of the reservation and any add ons you had requested.No shows will be charged for the full stay. No exceptions will be made.COVID Cancellations and PoliciesPlease for the safety of others, if you are not feeling well upon arrival, call to reschedule and book for a later date.If you do need to reschedule because of COVID, you will be given a travel voucher which is good for one year. In these crazy times, we will be as flexible as possible due to this illness.Smoking is prohibited on the property and in our rooms.As required by law and fire code, and for the safety of all guests, no open flames such as candles, in the rooms, on the dock, etc. A $200 service fee will be charged for not adhering to these policies.We do offer a great evening of stargazing and sitting by the fire pit, which we will take care of for you. PetsWe love pets as we have Gunner (our GSP), and Muffin (our Labrador Retriever). But many guests have allergies. For their sake and safety of our own, we ask that no other pets be allowed on the premises. We do recommend Granbury Animal Clinic as a great place to board your fur babies.ChildrenWe love kids too! However, we have not child-proofed our house, so we cannot host young children.
